Equity Swap Program

Our development company has multiple projects in the planning stage in addition to Casitas Mariani. We offer an equity swap program that allows buyers in our early developments to swap the equity they have in their current house to purchase a house of higher value in a project being developed at a later time. The amount of equity that can be applied to the new purchase is 80% of the purchase price of the current house. Once the equity has been applied to the new house, we will take possession of the house being vacated.
