(PS) has been involved in the residential/resort development projects, tourism, 2nd home purchase and resort industry in Mexico and Latin America for more than 20+ years. During the 20+-year period, the company has been involved in the development and sale of over 3,000 units with a sales total of over $750,000,000 USD. Properties sold range from lots, homes, multi-unit and fractional sales in the price range of $50,000 USD to $5,000,000 USD. In addition to sales, PS has arranged investments for developers in the form of loans, private investment, joint ventures and partnerships in the amount of $850,000,000 USD.

OUR FOUNDER: Frank Jackson has over 30 years of management and consulting experience in finance, real estate development, sales, project management, construction, technical/management/regulatory assessments, compliance reviews, recovery/corrective action plan development/implementation, regulatory interface, technical/business consulting, client interface and sales/marketing. He has had responsibilities as a Site Director, Task Force Leader, Special Projects Director, Configuration Management Director, Senior Vice President, Vice President, General Manager, Marketing Director and Executive Client Sponsor. He possesses extensive experience with financial management, assessments, development and implementation of business recovery plans, cost analysis/control, P&L responsibility, office management and personnel supervision.
Mr. Jackson has over 20+ years of consulting experience in real estate development, construction, sales and operation of Tourism projects in Mexico. Being a full-time resident in Mexico for the 20+ year period, he has held positions of Project Director, Project Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing, Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and Consultant for Mexico tourist resorts and real estate projects. Mr. Jackson is Chief Financial Officer of Grand Midas Group, a full service resort development company with offices in Miami, FL and Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico. He is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Sonora, Mexico and fluent in Spanish. Mr. Jackson is also well versed in design, engineering, entitlement, legal, accounting and construction as well as sales & marketing of resort real estate.

Frank Jackson is Founder and Owner of Paradise Sands, S. de R.L. de C.V., a Mexican company, founded in 2000 specializing in Tourism, Real Estate and Resort Development in strategic parts of Mexico, Panama and Canada. Frank has been involved in tourism related developments having established relationships with Federal, State and Municipal government agencies in the capacity of resort development. Frank is also involved with the 2nd home purchase markets, personal foreign investment in to Mexico and project development as project director on several projects.
To further his involvement in the future of tourism and investment by foreigners in Mexico, Frank as acquired a keen knowledge of the political, fiscal, legal, cultural and regulatory arenas on the Federal, State and Municipal levels. His experience and expertise in financial management, business negotiation and market recognition within Mexico compliments his understanding of how to be successful in business in a foreign environment.
Frank started as a real estate sales agent in a small beach community in Puerto Penasco, Sonora in 1998 and quickly progressed to Director of Sales for the development within two months of his arrival. In 2000, with the knowledge acquired on the job he started his own real estate brokerage and consulting company that was contracted to the largest development in northern Mexico at that time. His company represented many large financial real estate transactions and real estate developments during a 10-year period there with sales totaling nearly $750,000,000 USD. He was also co-owner and CEO of SBR Realty for 6 years.
During this period in Puerto Penasco, Frank also prepared and delivered numerous feasibility, business, sales and marketing plans for resorts in Puerto Penasco, Mazatlan and Riveria Maya, Mexico.
In 2008, Frank moved to San Carlos, Sonora, Mexico to continue to pursue his consulting business for financial management, project development, project direction, development of business plans, sales & marketing plans, feasibility studies and financial pro formas for tourism related businesses in many other parts of Mexico. Areas of concentration for these services include Sonora, Quintana Roo, Guanajuato, Oaxaca, Jalisco and Sinaloa.
Frank also owned a real estate franchise in Cancun. He and his partner were involved with the State and Municipal governments of Cancun, Cozumel and Playa Del Carmen in a state wide promotion campaign to rejuvenate tourism and foreign investment in the area.
Frank was Project Director for Phase 1 of development of 1500-acre island 40 miles off the coast of Panama City in Isla Las Perlas in the Republic of Panama. In this capacity, he was responsible for installation of utilities, communication, infrastructure, construction, sales and operations.
Through his association with resort owners in many other key areas of Mexico and other areas, Frank has built an extensive network of contacts and business relationships in these areas. He is also associated with the Arizona-Sonora Commission, AMAR, Stewart Title Mexico and other public/private players in the international promotion market.
Paradise Sands includes Paradise Hospitality, Paradise Tours, and Paradise Real Estate. Paradise Tours has responsibility for promotion activities for the tourism while Paradise Hospitality provides hotel and food & beverage services in the San Carlos area. Paradise Real Estate assists in real estate purchase and relocation for foreigners making the decision to spend extended time in Mexico.
